- Gravity fed single load cell based net weigher equipped with microprocessor based weighing machine controller with multi-program capability, visual display and printer option/PC option
- Maximum volume of weigh pan = 0.20 cubic meters
- When filling 20 kg to 70 kg of Tea in valve mouth type bags / sacks @ 120 bags / sacks per hour, accuracy will be +/- 20 gm/sigma, i.e., +/- 60 gm for 3 sigma, depending on speed and material characteristics
- When filling 20 kg to 70 kg of Tea in open mouth type bags / sacks @ 250 bags / sacks per hour, accuracy will be +/- 30 gm/sigma, i.e., +/- 90 gm for 3 sigma, depending on speed and material characteristics
- When filling 20 kg to 70 kg of Tea in open mouth type bags / sacks @ 500 bags / sacks per hour, accuracy will be +/- 30 gm/sigma, i.e., +/- 90 gm for 3 sigma, depending on speed and material characteristics
- Capable of filling valve mouth type hessian/jute/HDPE bags or paper sacks as well as open mouth type hessian/jute/HDPE bags or paper sacks of normal size and half size
- In-line stitching of bags or paper sacks can be offered if required.
